In this project, we were tasked with developing a personalized coaching program for middle managers. The objective was to equip middle managers with coaching skills that they could use as engagement and development tools. We engaged 50 managers across Lembaga Zakat Selangor in 2 cohorts that involved 2 days of training followed by eight coaching sessions, and ending with a finale session.
