Completed in 2008, this was a project that saw the design of 17 different assessment tools to support the selection and acceptance of fresh graduates into TNB. Alongside this, a Training of Assessors program was designed and delivered for those who were involved in assessing the candidates. This was specifically used to vet 290 potential employees. Using the COGA, TNB hired 209 fresh graduates, after filtering out 89 candidates who did not have the expected and required aptitudes.
