Completed in 2010, this was a customised design for Nestlé Malaysia and Singapore. The objective was to enable HR Business Partners to create effective engagement with their N-1 personnel during performance appraisals.
We designed the ECDC Process and put together a manual and a guidebook. 40 key managers were involved in this project. The ECDC process is currently one of the proprietary processes used in Nestlé Malaysia.
