Juara has been involved in the learning and development (L&D) space for over two decades. he is comfortable being in front of the room, training and facilitating groups as well as being behind the scene designing programs, coaching and mentoring trainers. as to date, he has trained and mentored more than 5,000 trainers, facilitators, coaches and learning designer in Malaysia as well as in the region.

YASMIN AHMAD MAZLANI (or better known as tzeyasmin) is currently the
CEO of neOOne Associates Sdn Bhd; a global learning and development
solutions provider firm based in Kuala Lumpur.
Since 2001, Yasmin has been actively using Accelerated Learning as the foundation of all her learning and development module designs. She has trained more than 4,000 people from corporations, schools, universities, and non‐profit/government organizations – giving her a wealth of practical experience in applying Accelerated Learning in diverse organizations across a variety of content areas.
Supporting clients with Accelerated Learning
As a learning and development consultant and program designer, Yasmin has supported learning and development practitioners in the corporate, academic and government sectors to design learning programs, curriculum and lesson plans that build the capacity to learn, develop critical and creative thinking skills and facilitate deep learning. She helps clients get sustainable results in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Corporations have sought out Yasmin to determine the learning needs of their organizations through her unique “search for insights process”; to engage the workforce in organizational changes; and to work with internal design teams to create learning programs that apply an integrated Accelerated Learning approach. She helps clients to bridge the gap between learning in the classroom and application at work, while focusing on what really matters to the learners and the organization.
Yasmin has served clients in South Asia (Pakistan via Cinepax, Sri Lanka via UNDP Sri Lanka, Afghanistan via Civicus), Asia (Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam), Europe (Scotland and Copenhagen) and the Middle East (Egypt via Positive Planet International).
Facilitation work
In addition to her training of other trainers, her consulting practice and her instructional design, Yasmin facilitates a wide range of programs developed using Accelerated Learning as a guiding principle. Her main areas of facilitation are Discipline Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Facilitative Training, Graphic Facilitation, Entrepreneur Development, Strategy Practitioner Development, Agile Project Management, Train The Trainer, and Sales and Customer Experience. Yasmin also facilitates large group interventions using a combination of Accelerated Learning, Graphic Facilitation, Generative Scribing, Process Facilitation and Appreciative Inquiry.
Development of Accelerated Learning in Malaysia
Yasmin has been responsible in building the Accelerated Learning Community of Practice in Malaysia. She initiated collaboration with US-based Dephin Inc to bring Accelerated Learning Master Trainer Gail Heidenhain to support the development of Malaysian trainers and facilitators in the field. Together with Gail, Yasmin has managed to engage more than 500 trainers and facilitators in the Accelerated Learning Starter Program and has certified more than 25 Accelerated Learning Practitioners.
Yasmin has also supported the establishment of the Malaysian Association of Accelerated Learning Practitioners (myALPS).
Yasmin is a Certified Accelerated Learning Master Practitioner by Dephin Inc, USA.
