Juara has been involved in the learning and development (L&D) space for over two decades. he is comfortable being in front of the room, training and facilitating groups as well as being behind the scene designing programs, coaching and mentoring trainers. as to date, he has trained and mentored more than 5,000 trainers, facilitators, coaches and learning designer in Malaysia as well as in the region.
