THE CHALLENGE
Many students from B40 families and underserved communities face barriers to educational enrichment opportunities that help develop critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.
Without access to innovative learning experiences, many children are left behind in developing the skills needed for future success.
The HOT Project was created to bridge this gap and ensure that every child has an opportunity to unlock their potential.
WHAT IS HOT?
The High Order Thinker (HOT) Project is a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative developed by neOOne Associates with the goal of empowering children from B40 families and underserved communities through access to quality educational opportunities. Recognizing that many students face challenges such as limited learning resources, unequal educational support, and barriers to developing future-ready skills, the HOT Project was created to bridge this gap and provide a more engaging and effective learning experience.
At the heart of the programme is the use of Doodlenotes, an innovative visual learning method that combines words, illustrations, diagrams, and creative note-taking techniques to make learning more interactive, enjoyable, and memorable. By transforming traditional educational content into visually engaging materials, students are encouraged to participate actively in the learning process, improve information retention, and develop a deeper understanding of key concepts.
The HOT Project focuses on nurturing essential Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) that are increasingly important in today’s rapidly changing world. These skills include critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication, collaboration, and analytical reasoning. Rather than relying solely on memorization, students are guided to evaluate information, generate new ideas, ask meaningful questions, and apply their knowledge in practical situations. This approach helps prepare them not only for academic success but also for future educational and career opportunities.
Through collaboration between educators, sponsors, and local communities, the High Order Thinker (HOT) Project demonstrates how education can be a powerful tool for social change, creating opportunities for children to unlock their full potential regardless of their socioeconomic background.

Yes. Organizations are welcome to sponsor multiple vouchers to support a larger number of beneficiaries. Multiple sponsorships can be used to fund additional workshops, support more students, or expand the programme's reach to different communities. Our team will work closely with sponsors to ensure the contribution creates the greatest possible impact.
Beneficiaries are identified through our impact partners and community networks based on established eligibility criteria. Priority is given to students from B40 families and underserved communities who may have limited access to enrichment and higher-order thinking development programmes.
Workshop schedules are planned in collaboration with our impact partners, schools, and community organizations. Once sponsorship targets have been achieved and beneficiaries have been identified, workshops are typically conducted within 6 to 12 months. Sponsors will be kept informed of programme progress and implementation timelines.
